I am a qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Trainer covering Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. I provide training in a gym environment at Samien Fitness.

I combine proven training methods and nutritional guidance to help you achieve the results you want.

Every programme is tailored to help you achieve your goals so I look at your lifestyle and build your individual programme to fit around you.

Exercise shouldn’t be a chore so I strive to make your sessions as much fun as possible and adapt everything to your fitness level. We can incorporate boxing, cardio, circuits, HIIT, resistance training and stretches so that you will enjoy yourself and notice improvement week after week.

I don’t believe in dieting because at TBBE fitness we’re all about creating sustainable change so we can also work on your nutrition by looking at intuitive eating and creating mini goals. That way you will still see progress without giving up the foods that you love.

NOT JUST A PERSONAL TRAINER

I have always had a lot of rules in my life and I kind of felt that food and exercise was the only thing that I really had control over. Ultimately, I developed eating disorders and a really bad relationship with both. In fact, by the time I was 18 years old I had gained 3-4 dress sizes in the space of a year.

I spent so much time trying different diets that didn’t work and in the end I gave up. I let myself believe that it wasn’t possible for me to lose the weight so for 17 years I remained morbidly obese.

It took almost being diagnosed with diabetes to finally make me realise that I needed to take action. I joined a local gym and started making healthier options and the weight started dropping off. Within 4 months I had lost over 50lbs and dropped 2 dress sizes and for the first time I was not only enjoying exercise, I was seeing results!

As a personal trainer my philosophy is that moderation and balance is the key to creating a sustainable lifestyle. Health and fitness is a journey, it’s not a destination.

So, exercise, eat well, indulge occasionally, stay hydrated, get enough sleep and enjoy yourself.
