Buddy training is perfect for those who are looking for advice, guidance and motivation but don’t want to go it alone. By choosing this option, you are sharing the costs for a fitness trainer by you and another person. This means you get one on two attention and a training plan that is right for the both of you to do together.
If you want more encouragement, a little friendly competition or have a friend/partner who has similar goals to you, buddy training is a great option and can bring a lot more fun into your sessions.

You will both be spending a lot of time with me, so you need to be happy that I am a good fit for you and for the goals that you want to achieve. I will then put together a bespoke training programme that, based on your fitness levels, target your goals using exercises and regimes that you feel comfortable with.
Where the fitness levels of both buddies are different, I will give variations that can be used to make the exercises less or more difficult as required to ensure that you are both working hard and will see results.
I am a qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Trainer covering in Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. I provide mobile personal training so that my clients can train at home and local outdoor spaces, as well as training in a gym environment.

Exercise shouldn’t be a chore so I strive to make your sessions as much fun as possible and adapt everything to your fitness level. We can incorporate boxing, cardio, circuits, HIIT, resistance training and stretches so that you will enjoy yourself and notice improvement week after week.
I don’t believe in dieting because at TBBE fitness we’re all about creating sustainable change so we can also work on your nutrition by looking at intuitive eating and creating mini goals. That way you will still see progress without giving up the foods that you love.
