One-to-one training

ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING

One-to-one training is perfect for those who are looking for advice, guidance and motivation and by choosing this option, you are paying for your own fitness trainer. This means you get one on one attention and a training plan that is right for you.

There are many different reasons for choosing a personal trainer and everyone’s reasons are different. For some, it could be that they struggle to stay motivated without a training partner, some could have injuries that need careful monitoring and some may have specific goals like a marathon.

Whatever your reason, I will be dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and during our sessions, I am completely dedicated to you and your fitness goals.

You will be spending a lot of time with me, so you need to be happy that I am a good fit for you and for the goals that you want to achieve. I will then put together a bespoke training programme that, based on your fitness levels, target your goals using exercises and regimes that you feel comfortable with.
