I am a qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Trainer covering in Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. I provide mobile personal training so that my clients can train at home and local outdoor spaces, as well as training in a gym environment.

I combine proven training methods and nutritional coaching to help you achieve the results you want.

Every programme is tailored to help you achieve your goals so I look at your lifestyle and build your individual programme to fit around you.

Exercise shouldn’t be a chore so I strive to make your sessions as much fun as possible and adapt everything to your fitness level. We can incorporate boxing, cardio, circuits, HIIT, resistance training and stretches so that you will enjoy yourself and notice improvement week after week.

I don’t believe in dieting because at TBBE fitness we’re all about creating sustainable change so we can also work on your nutrition by looking at intuitive eating and creating mini goals. That way you will still see progress without giving up the foods that you love.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU

You’ll be seeing results in no time after we get to know each other during our initial consultation. The consultation is a relaxed chat where we will discuss things like your current situation and what you want to achieve.

One of the keys to success is consistency and with my app, it’s a breeze. On the app, you will find your exercise programme and your nutritional protocol, including your very own shopping list. You can also store  progress photos and measurements.

You will have access to my inbox 24/7 so whenever you feel like you need support you can just pick up the phone and message me. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. We also have an exclusive Facebook group for members.

After you have contacted me, I will book you in for a FREE consultation and health check which normally takes up to an hour.

The consultation is a relaxed one to one where we will discuss your goals, exercise history, injuries, illness and lifestyle habbits. I can also carry out an initial health check such as a body composition analysis, if that is something that you wish to have completed. 

The consultation will give me the information that I need to develop a training plan that is tailored to your needs and accelerate you towards your goals.

If during, or after the consultation, you decide that it is not for you, there will be no pressure to continue.

To help you stay on track, I will calculate your caloric needs and you will receive 5 customised meal plans via the app. For built in convenience, the app also contains your shopping list.

Together we will set realistic goals that will be reviewed weekly during our sessions to ensure that they are being met.
