At your initial consultation at the high-spec, friendly and inspiring personal training gym on Yeaman Street in Stoke-on-Trent, you will meet your personal training expert (me) and after a chat about your goals, I will take care of your training, nutrition and lifestyle improvements.
Working closely with you, I will create a tailored workout program which will be continuously updated and reviewed to make sure that you are always seeing the very best results. I will also assess your nutrition and lifestyle as part of an ongoing process which will look to modify your current habits in order to optimise your results.
